Job Description
Our Client is a conglomerate into manufacturing, construction and importation is looking for an experienced individual with specialized skills in organizational development and performance management:

Job Title: Manager- Organizational Development & Performance Management
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities:
    Facilitate effective goal setting, KRA and KPI writing, linking short and long term business objectives of the individual goals to corporate goals.
    Drive performance management system in the group Companies
    Carry out organization development initiative  like organizational diagnostics / assessment / surveys
    Champion employee engagement initiatives in the organization
    Coordinate Change management programs for the organization
    Drive talent review and potential assessment for capability building

Qualifications and Requirements:

    M.Sc  holder in Psychology plus MBA
    Minimum of 10 years hands-on experience in well structured manufacturing companies or international organization
    Not more than 45 years of age


Remuneration
The ideal candidate for this position shall be paid well above industry level.
