Job Position: Client Relationship Officer
Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

    We are looking for a Client Relationship Officer to create and nurture long-term relationships with Clients and Tutors.

Responsibilities

    Build positive and productive relationships with clients for business growth
    Maintain existing clients and generate new clients to achieve revenue goals
    Customer Relationship Officers build connections on behalf of the company; call up existing clients to ensure their satisfaction with tutoring services rendered.
    Act as point of contact for complaints from clients and tutors and escalate issues as appropriate
    Maintaining and updating records of clients and tutors using CRM system.
    Develop new strategies to improve client satisfaction
    Provide client support and handle client communications effectively.
    Schedule regular meetings, discussions, teleconferences and visit clients to strengthen the relationships
    Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively

Requirements

    Must possess excellent communication and phone skills, patience, a persuasive and persistent nature, and great typing skills.
    Ability to be flexible and creative in dealing with customers.
    Excellent knowledge of English Language
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
    Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. Excel, Microsoft word) and telephone systems
    HND, OND or a University Degree
    Proximity to Yaba, Lagos.
